Jess'n Up Custom Apparel & Designs ships single merchandise items to locations within the United States only for a flat rate per order of $10.00. Bulk orders are shipped at a contracted and agreed upon rate. Orders are shipped within 5-7 business days of purchase unless you have paid for a PRE-ORDER item. Once the order is fulfilled, it will ship via USPS Priority or First class/UPS Ground/Fedex Ground depending on weight. Packages usually arrive between 2-5 business days.
The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this website will be passed to you when the merchandise is delivered and handed off to USPS. Therefore, we are not responsible for delays in shipping, lost or damaged items, or products marked "Delivered" by USPS. All orders will receive a tracking number once the label is created for the order. If tracking states that your order has been delivered or received it is YOUR responsibility to contact USPS and file a claim if necessary. If the package is lost or stolen, we are not responsible for refunding or replacing merchandise. You must contact USPS to discuss a claim on your package.
You can choose local pickup for free if Kaufman, TX is close and convenient for you..
Pick up hours are 10am-6pm Monday-Saturday in Kaufman, TX. If this option is selected, when your order is fulfilled we will send out an email and text with pickup instructions.
If Local pickup is originally selected on the order and you request a shipping invoice or we reach out regarding shipping, you have no longer than 5 days to pay your shipping invoice. If the shipping invoice is unpaid after 5 days, the item(s) will be returned and store credit in the amount of the item will be issued to the email on the order. Holiday specific graphics have a window of 2 days to pay shipping. If the shipping invoice for holiday specific graphics is unpaid after 2 days, the item will be returned and store credit issued to the email on the order.
All Apple Pay and Third Party Payment users must review your saved shipping options at checkout before processing payment. We are not responsible for any errors made during this process.
Once an order has been placed, the order cannot be canceled and items cannot be removed from the order. Please contact us immediately if you have any question's or if there are errors on the order. You can email us at info@jessnup.com please reference your order # & "Questions" in the subject line.
Jess'n Up Custom Apparel & Designs will gladly accept returns or exchanges of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, or defective merchandise purchased online for a store credit within 5 days from the date you received your order. Sale/discounted items, gift cards, graphic design fees, quote fees or any other items marked final are FINAL SALE and will not be eligible for returns or exchanges.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@jessnup.com with your order number and item(s) you wish to return/exchange. If your return is accepted, it is the customers responsibility to mail or hand deliver the item(s) back to our warehouse. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You can always contact us for any return question at info@jessnup.com before you send your return. We will respond within 24hours to your questions or concerns.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. In order to properly handle the situation please contact us within 24 hours of receipt of your order. If the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, please reach out within this 24 hour window so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Your satisfaction is our utmost priority! We’re here to help anytime.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we will not accept returns or exchanges on sale items, gift cards or graphic design fees or quotes.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Sale items are not eligible for exchanges.
Cancelled Orders
Once an order has been placed it can not be canceled. If you have made a mistake or have questions regarding the order placed please email us at info@jessnup.com to inquire. Please indicate your order # and reference Questions in the subject line. Will will email you back within the same business day to discuss your questions. You have the option to return any items that are unwanted that have not been used, worn, damaged or altered in any way. Please see our return policy for further instructions on returning these items.
